Modern Facilities
We have 2 EVA foaming machines, self-foaming EVA, to improve production processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality, meeting the factory’s production requirements. Monthly EVA capacity: 2,200,000 pairs.
Spray Painting & Assembly Area
We have 20 combined spray painting and assembly lines, 03 irradiation units, and 22 transfer lines, with a monthly production capacity of 1,000,000 pairs.
Compression & Cutting Area
We have 11 compression machines with a total of 66 stations, 1 straight-cutting machine, 2 angled-cutting machines, 19 cutting machines, and 7 heat transfer printing machines. Monthly Sockliner capacity: 1,100,000 pairs.
